Middle school youth at Lamb of God includes 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Most of the focus is on Confirmation ministry, which occurs each Sunday morning during the Sunday School hour. Pastor Mark Bernthal and Donovan Dolde share leadership of Confirmation classes using the interactive curriculum, "Here We Stand". During the three Confirmation years, youth study the Old Testament, the New Testament, and Luther's Small Catechism.

Outside of Confirmation classes, the middle school youth periodically gather for fun filled and relational activities. Two popular events each year are bowling and the Affirming our Faith Retreat. The middle school youth also anually join the senior youth for a night of Christian music and fellowship at a nearby theme park.

Middle school youth also serve as the core group of acolytes at Lamb of God. On Sundays you can often spot one of these youth carrying the processional cross, lighting candles, or helping the pastor ready the alter for Holy Communion.
